Mr. Hybler, 32, lived and studied in the USA for 10
years. In the Czech Republic, he has worked in the real
estate finance for Volksbank and CSOB Bank and also as
an analyst for GE Money Bank. Following his banking
career, Mr. Hybler worked as an independent financial
consultant to various Czech and foreign
investors/developers in Real Estate. He has extensive
experience in real estate finance and is highly
knowledgeable about the Czech real estate industry,
having close contacts to many of the major commercial
banks and real estate developers in the country.
Currently, Mr. Hybler manages a portfolio of assets in
the Czech Republic for a US based hedge fund on behalf
of CEREFunds. Mr. Hybler holds a B.S. in Business
Administration from Empire State College, NY.
