partnership with an experienced development company, DEVO,
a.s., based in Prague, Czech Republic and an experienced
investor relations company Property in Prague s.r.o.
Our investment team
combines a range of disciplines including general
contracting management, marketing and corporate finance with
extensive real estate industry knowledge and development
expertise. We look to leverage our strategic, financial,
operational, technical and real estate expertise, as well as
our deep investment experience, to fully support local
developers and build sustainable, market leading residential
projects. Each member of our team has been diligently
selected not only for their unique background and abilities,
but also equally for their ability to work with others in a
strong, cohesive unit dedicated to making successful
investments for our investors.
Experience of Management Team
Property In Prague, s.r.o.
Property In Prague, s.r.o. [PIP] is a company recently
formed in the Czech Republic to advise investors on real
estate investment opportunities in Prague and the Czech
Republic. PIP’s management has extensive experience and
presence in the Czech Republic, where since the 4th Quarter
of 2003 they closed seven major transactions for bulk
residential purchases in the Czech Republic for a combined
value of over EUR 40.0 Million.
PIP has co-developed a comprehensive business plan for
this real estate fund that aims to take advantage of the
rising interest in the property market in Prague and the
Czech Republic subsequent to its joining the EU.
Devo Group, a.s.
DEVO Group, a.s. is a subsidiary of the multinational
developer’s firm VOMASA S.A. having its registered office in
Luxembourg. DEVO GROUP a.s. was established in November 2000
as a successor of DEVO s.r.o., which originally belonged to
two partners, Mr. Vojislav Sparavalo and Dejan Sparavalo,
and whose primary business was in foreign trade. DEVO s.r.o.
was founded soon after the Velvet Revolution in 1991 and its
main object of business was importing consumer goods from
Asia to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. At the same time
the company started to build a retailing network and in 1993
it acquired exclusive business representation from Sergio
Tacchini, a brand name clothing line, with in several
Eastern European countries. In 1994, the partners of the
company bought a residential building in central Prague,
district 4, with a floor area of 1350 m2 for the purpose of
opening their new office premises. Before renovation they
felt that in view of better cost controlling and savings
they hired new staff, and extended the object of their
business into reconstruction of buildings and later the
development of land. During the years 1995 – 2001, the
company successfully built and renovated facilities thereby
gaining experience as a developer of property. The aim of
the company was to make its activities more efficient and to
re-capitalize their operations, which was made possible in
succeeding in finishing their medium scale residential
development that resulted in the construction of 109
residential units. The project was developed under an SPV
called Service Point, spol. s.r.o. This corporation was
established for the purpose of increasing the company’s
credibility as well as the possible participation of
allowing new investors to capture the profits of new build
developments. Recently, DEVO Group a.s. decided to purchase
plots of land in the Community of “Jenštejn”, satellite town
in Prague which is their second significant residential
project which is due for completion in 2005..
